About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic CFO to help us maximize opportunity and minimize risk as we enter hyper-growth phase. The ideal candidate has a record of success as a hands-on and strategic leader in entrepreneurial and dynamic environments. This position is ideal for a VP Finance looking to make the jump. The CFO will be a core part of the executive team and report directly to the CEO.

  • All finance and accounting functions including AP, AR, cash management, options accounting, monthly closings, preparing financial statements and coordinating audits
  • Develop smart internal processing and controls
  • Scale the business while maintaining low fixed cost to revenue ratio
  • Chief negotiator for material contacts
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Assist in reporting to Board of Directors
  • Design and review of contracts and legal documents
  • Lead private equity, debt and public equity fundraising efforts
  • Act as a trusted adviser to our executive team and "in the trenches" leader to our accounting team

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree; Master's degree, MBA, or CPA preferred
  • 10 or more years of related experience
  • International expertise including setting up subsidiaries and FX
  • Preference for candidates with experience in advertising, media and technology
  • Proven track record of successfully originating and financing
