About the Job

We are looking for a world-class sales executive to drive revenue and lead the charge in our most important office as we enter a hyper-growth phase. Responsibilities will include all functions and activities required to exceed our revenue objectives and delight our clients. The ideal candidate has a record of success in a goal-oriented and highly accountable environment. The VP Sales, East will report directly to the SVP of Sales and will work closely with our Executive Leadership team.

Requirements
  • Verifiable and extensive track record of success selling into agencies and advertisers at all levels
  • Expertise in video and brand advertising
  • Successful experience scaling sales teams within startup environments
  • Sales management experience including recruiting, training, development of compensation plans, Salesforce.com and sales methodology
  • Account management and sales planning expertise
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Intimate knowledge of sales methodology and idiosyncrasies of media sales
  • Deep understanding of digital media technology and ecosystem
  • Strong reputation and relationships with agencies and advertisers
